Job Overview Record, store, and reconcile accounting data. Prepare financial statements and
other reports. Comply with local, state and federal tax codes. Perform any combination of
routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in
maintaining accounting records.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities and duties of this job include:
• Utilize computer accounting software to record, store and reconcile accounts
• Post & check entries for accuracy
• Maintain A/R, A/P
• Utilize various spreadsheets and operate in a Microsoft Office application environment
• Reconcile bank statements
• Comply with local, state and federal tax codes
• Note and report discrepancies found in records to upper management in a timely
manner
• Answer questions related to monthly financials
• Perform general office duties including, but not limited to, filing, answering phones and
handling routine
• Correspondence with customers per Sales request
• Enter BOM from an Engineering-supplied excel file
• Administrate and assist with social media presence
• Assist in planning TRE sponsored events and Fun days
• Establishes a collaborative and open work environment that develops, challenges, and
grows talent.
• Attend and be an active participant in Administration, Sales, Production, & Engineering
meetings
• Be flexible and assist in other areas of the company when requested
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Accounting
• Business applications experience
